Your Task: Contact us via the quote form, email, or phone. Provide us with your initial ideas, samples, technical drawings, or even
just a concept sketch. The more details you share, the more accurate our proposal will be.
Our Work: Our sales and engineering team will review your requirements. We will analyze feasibility, material selection,
and production costs. Within 48 hours, we will provide you with a preliminary quotation and a projected timeline.
Your Task: Confirm the quotation and provide any final adjustments. Sign the Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) and the Project Service Agreement to officially start the project.
Our Work: We assign a dedicated project manager to your account. They will be your single point of contact throughout the entire process, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
For ODM Projects: Our R&D team will create 2D/3D product designs and technical drawings based on your concept. We will submit these for your review and approval, making revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
For OEM Projects: Our engineers will analyze your provided designs or samples for manufacturability and suggest optimizations for cost-effectiveness and performance if needed.
Output: Finalized and approved 3D drawings, specifications sheet, and a confirmed sample plan.
Our Work: We will make 1-3pcs pre-production samples based on the approved designs.
Your Task: Evaluate the samples for function, aesthetics, and quality. Provide feedback and approval or request modifications.
Output: A perfect sample that meets all your expectations, signed off with a Sample Approval Form.
Our Work: Upon your sample approval, we initiate full-scale production. Our factory will source raw materials, set up production lines, and conduct in-process quality checks (IPQC) to ensure every unit meets the agreed specifications.
Your Involvement: You can choose to have a Third-Party Inspection (e.g., SGS, BV) during production or before shipment for an extra layer of quality assurance.
Our Work: Every single item undergoes a Final Random Inspection (FRI) against a pre-agreed checklist. Products are then carefully packaged according to your instructions (neutral or custom packaging).
Your Task: Confirm the shipping details and make the final payment as per agreement.
Our Work: We handle all export formalities and arrange shipment to your designated port. We provide all necessary shipping documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading).
Our partnership doesn’t end at delivery. We provide comprehensive after-sales support, including warranty service, market feedback analysis, and continuous product improvement suggestions for future orders.
